Paramount+

Unable to download Treasure Island which started Monday and Series 4 of Tulsa King which starts today.I assume they will appear eventually but seems to be a long delay and then 5 episodes appear all at once or the whole series of episodes like Boston Blue,Sheriff County and Anna Pigeon.

Re: Paramount+

Hello, I am having this problem too, waiting to watch new season of Tulsa king.  On looking into it, it seems I can link my sky+ subs with Paramount+ app in order to set up a password so I can watch on the app - this would save me having to wait for it to eventually appear on the Sky+ box.  I have followed the instructions via the Paramount+ activation page on the Sky website, but I am getting an error message that suggests I haven't got Paramount+ on my package, which I definitely do...  help?  Thanks.

@ad1979 there's no sign up to Paramount + with a Sky+ subscription.

Re: Paramount+

Thanks, I'm seeing conflicting information online - repeatedy seeing that you should be able to link with Paramount app to gt a password.  Will clarify 100% when I get to chat with the support folk.

As this topic is in the Sky+ box forum then there is no Paramount+ app as Sky+ boxes can not run any apps so the posts above are correct. To be able to access Paramount+ via Sky you would need to upgrade to Sky Q., Glass or Stream.

Re: Paramount+

Thanks for your reply.  Yes, I realise that there is no TV-accessible app directly from the Sky+ box - for obvious reasons 😊  But I have seen guidance online saying you can access the standalone app via a linked password.  Just a bit frustrating having to wait days for new content to appear on Sky+ and was investigating if there was a more direct way.  I'm waiting for the community team to DM me, so I'll see if they can help.  Maybe the show will appear on Sky+ in the meantime anyway!

Paramount+ content is available to Sky Cinema subscribers on Sky+ HD hardware through on-demand menus

The Paramount+ app is not, because Sky+ HD doesn't host apps.

That's for Q and Glass / Stream: it's signing into the Paramount+ app on Sky hardware which links Sky Cinema billing to Paramount access, and as we've established, the antique Sky+ platform doesn't do apps.

This is the same mechanism as Netflix, Discovery+, HBO Max and Disney+ account linking.

Perhaps keep in mind that AI responses don't always distinguish between the different generations of Sky equipment over the past four decades and give generic 'answers' which are only actually correct for recent versions.

Unfortunately that information is incorrect. Sky+HD customers can not create a login to use the Paramount app on other devices. That option is only available with Sky Q/Glass/Stream.

Re: Paramount+

Ok, thanks all for your help.

It’s disappointing that we're still waiting - wonder if anyone knows when we might see the first episode going up?
