I go to settings, details, but then can't scroll down to viewing card. Nothing happens, and yet I can scroll down on some of the other options

Is this the same Sky box which contained the card previously?

Sky no longer permits cards to be swapped amongst Sky+ HD hardware.

Yes same card and same sky+box but quite an old one
