@Berkshire1 you're talking primarily to other customers here, rather than directly to Sky.
It's certainly possible that there's no code for your new model TV, though it's also possible that a code exists but hasn't been associated yet with your model of TV. You can check that for yourself, but it's a long-winded process which involves cycling through all the codes held on your remote to see if one works. If you want to do that:
1. Press TV
2. Press and hold Select and Red together until the red LED flashes twice.
3. Press TV, then Standby repeatedly until the TV switches off. As soon as it switches off, press Select to save the code.
Were Sky to come up with a new code for this TV, there's no way of getting it onto the pre-programmed chip in your remote, to my knowledge which would mean a new remote.
