@Dr8 if your Sky box is connected to the internet, try carrying out a New Install which should pair your Card (unless that's what you've already tried, of course).
If it doesn't work, Sky might be able to pair it for you, or failing that, they'll send you a replacement Card. You don't need to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream, if that's what they tell you.
I'm assuming this isn't a replacement Sky+ box - your Card is locked to the box in use in October 2024, and can't be paired with a replacement box.
