@Jacijta is this the same box that the card was last paired to end of October 2024 or a replacement box?
if replacement you can no longer pair cards as they are permanently locked to the box it was paired to end of October 2024
you would need to call sky to discuss your options moving forward because if you wish to continue to receive sky services you will need to upgrade to one of sky's current products (sky Q , glass or stream) because sky plus being a legacy product is no longer supported by sky or sold
