Onscreen message new dvb services where do I find ok and exit?

An onscreen box just came up (TV not in use) headed new DVB services - press ok to start auto set up, press exit to ignore. I have no idea where the ok and exit buttons are that are referred to. Any clues, anyone?  Can't delete the box so can't use the TV!!

Doubt that is a sky message, it's more likely to come from your TV maybe something to do with Freeview

@montaguemills  I recommend 2 things, 1st use your TV's remote to remove the message, 2nd familiarise yourself with the TV's user manual so you understand the functions & messages it will display.

Not everything TV related is to do with Sky.

@GD1 Thank you, I can't find either an ok or an exit button on my remote!

@montaguemills  Is this your TV remote your referring to or the Sky + remote?  What Make & Mdel of TV do you have?

@GD1  Sorry, it's a Sky remote which is the only TV remote control that I have, which is why no ok or exit options, I guess. Very odd. Thank you for your help though.

Try pressing the TV button then select then the sky button
