On demand service not available
My Sky+ box can't connect to access on demand services, I have ran all the chjecks, getting all green ticks, but still no access to on demand, tried using the virtually uiseless assistant, can anyone offer advice?

Turn off both your router and your Sky box at the plug. Wait a minute before restarting your router and a further 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box, then see if it connects.

I have done these steps without success, struggling to get throught to sky too. Everything else on the home network is working.
