On demand not working

Network connection is good but on demand not connecting

@jrb63 try rturning off both your Sky box and your broadband router at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before restarting your router and another 4 minites before restarting your Sky box.

Tried this sequence (and several other reboot sequences). Does not clear fault.

Network is fine on all other devices incl Apple TV.

Sky+ box says connected to Network but fail for On Demand connection

 

Sky App remedy is no different - reboot sequence then says refer the internet provider. Thats poor.

Nothing else has changed on my system - was all fine 3 weeks ago

 

Not impressed the only Sky technical help is to push users at the Community.

How is your Sky box connecting to the router?

 

I find that a direct Ethernet connection causes the least issues
