Not working

Hi 

since we have had this bad weather my sky will not work 

says it has no signal

weather is better today so I've turned sky off numerous times and still not working

 

can't even get into my planner either

 

keeps saying it's initialising then says to try again later

It might be that in the recent bad weather that your dish has slightly moved out of alignment, this possibly being the case you would need to find a local company to come out and look into this for you as Sky do not support Sky+ setup and have not done so for a few years now. Should you call them they will only send an engineer if you agree to upgrade to Sky Q.
