Internet not connecting to tv

Tv? Or Sky box?

I have had fibre fitted this morning and was left a new password for my new box but when I try to put it in its says there is a problem 

My phone has connected to the new Internet but the tv will not connect

@Internet11 you're still mentioning your TV, but I assume you mean your Sky+ box, as that's the forum you've posted in.

On that basis. press the WPS button on the front panel of your Sky+ box (or Mini Connector adaptor if you're using one) and within 30 seconds press the WPS button on your new broadband router. That should connect them.
