Not worked for 12 months
Outrageous that sky hasn't worked for over 12 months at my 80 year olds house and you want to change us £65 to send an engineer round ! I'm extremely unhappy

@Neoass If there has been a fault with the dish & it has never been reported then Sky can not know there is an issue. Sky can charge a call out fee to replace the dish if this is the issue.

@Neoass have you or they not reported it to Sky before? They can't fix a fault they don't know about. £65 is the standard engineer callout charge to investigate and fix a fault with their equipment.

£65 is the standard callout charge for Sky to Fix/Replace your equipment where necessary to get you up and running again
