Sky no longer support Sky+HD I'm afraid.
You'll need to hire an independent satellite installer to check your dish alignment or upgrade to Sky Q, during which an engineer will change the LNB on your dish and check alignment.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.
I'm sure someone who has Sky+HD may be able to offer some advice but be aware Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD so won't send an engineer. Any time an engineer is required, if you have Sky Protest through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense (or upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

Same problem here in Hampshire with CNN yesterday Tuesday.
Checked dish and connections which were good.
Monitored signal quality through the afternoon which varied between 8 and 4, very unstable consideing usual readings of at least 8 with strength 8.
Stabalised by 8pm with good readings so nothing to do with dish alighnment and no need to call for engineer.
Suspect sun activity as most likely cause.

I haven't been able to get CNN for the last four days. Message says a problem with the satelite.
No problems with any other channels, only 506.
David.

That being the case please see earlier replies.

Thus this is likely to show as one of the first channels to be lost if the dish is slightly out of alignement (or not big enough for your location)

Problem solved.
While looking at my dish I noticed that a previously removed Holly tree branch was approaching the line of signal. It was only a very small branch, but removing it brought back CNN.
It's possible that the dish has benn moved slightly by the high winds we had recently.
Anyway, it's ok for now.
