Sky + Box with sport and cinema info

I have a Sky+ box with sports and cinema, the cost has become too high of over £90 per month.

Is there any way that the cost of this can decrease if I take this over an 18 month period as I have been on in the past.

I dont want to upgrade my box to Sky Q or stream, I just want the opportunity to cut the price on this to make things a little easier for me.  If not I may have to remove both sky sports and cinema.

I have been with you for over 25 years and just want to continue using the box that I have had for a few years.

Any information would be grateful.
