No tv signal

There's is a control saying press 7+9 but nothing happens 

have changed batteries and still nothing

no tv since 10am it's now nearly 3pm

You have posted in the Sky Plus forum but what you have describled does not sound like a Sky Plus thing

Please confirm which Sky TV Service do you have?
