My sky hd box

My sky plus hd box isn't getting the package Chanel's on the free channels. I called sky they said the boxes should have been switched off in 2024. No imnotice as today one box lost all its package Chanel's.  I had scheduled sky q for Monday. Did they switch the off in purpose on their end. This hasn't happened before as th screen message is asking me to upgrade my subscription

@KuljitWalia Sky+HD boxes should still be receiving your subscribed channels. It sounds as though your Viewing 
Card has lost your viewing entitlements. Sky should simply be able to refresh your Card by sending a signal over the air to it. 

 

You should not  have to upgrade to Sky Q.
