No sound on LFC TV

All channels are working well but on channel 423 LFC TV I have pictures but no sound

First thing to try is restarting your Sky box, by switching off at the plug for at least 4 minutes.

Done that - still no sound on LFC tv

Try Sky's Service Checker here for any known faults. Failing that, it's best to report it to Sky.
