I have no sky channels. Only BBC and itv channels. The message reads that the wrong viewing card is fitted but I have not changed the viewing card which used to work. What should I do?
Is it the same card as was in use last October? Try turning off your Sky box at the plug for 5 minutes, and whilst it's off, remove the card and carefully clean the gold contacts with a soft, fluff-free cloth.
