@CHAS57  a "No Signal" is a TV message, do you se a No Satellite Signal?  If so and you have Sky+HD where you have posted then Sky won't send anyone out as they no longer support this old system.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@CHAS57 if the on screen message is 'no satellite signal , then yes the dish may have moved in strong winds.

Check your signal by going to Services > Settings > Signal. If all four bars are blue with no white, then it looks like a dish problem.

Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment, but Sky

Protect will reimburse you up to £65 (I think) towards the cost of a local engineer coming out to take a look,. I'd give Sky Protect a call first for how to proceed.

Hi @CHAS57
If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t actually talking to Sky by posting on here.

As stated by @GD1 I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).

You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to; check / realign / repair / replace the dish, perhaps repair or replace the LNB if that's the problem, or check the cables for water ingress.

As you have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a customer previously posted on here that they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £ 65 towards arranging one themselves.

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream. If you upgrade to Sky Q any dish, LNB or cable issues would be sorted out f.o.c as part of the process.

Additionally your duplicate post on the Accessibility service board has been removed.
