I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.
If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

@Dea82 do you have one cable from the dish or two? Check your signal strengths via Services > Settings > Signal. The white part of all 4 bars should be at least half way across.
