Fixes my box just initialises and nothing else. The robot suggested a free upgrade to Sky Q without any charges but then it sent me to an upgrade link for an additional £10 a month. Any advice please?
Obviously Sky+ is no longer supported as it's a legacy platform. Give Sky a call and discuss upgrading to Sky Q and the costs of doing that (whereby your dish alignment issue will be rectified on installation).
