No satellite signal on sky+ box

Definitely, see the photo attached, maybe this is to encourage people

to get the newer Q boxes

However I've found a fix, I've detached  one of the cables supplying the box in the bedroom (since I can't use the second connection to either of the boxes without a subscription to be able to record other channels whilst watching) and connected one of the cables from the box in the lounge to this port. So one line to each box now, from the two legacy ports and this has worked, both boxes now proving the free to air channels.
