No satelite signal on sky plus following no use for 3 weeks....

I have tried all the online steps but to no avail and wish to contact an engineer to visit without going through all the steps again.

Is there a dedeicated  phone number where I can by pass the automatic steps, and talk direct to someone who can help me please/

@Dave66x
Have a look at this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
At the end of the link it should give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.

@Dave66x  You can't get through to an engineer directly, if you've followed an the steps in the help guide ypou'll need to call and there is no way aound the automation sytem

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
