Had a series link for a programme on itv has not recorded so deleted link and tried again to record still not recording. Recorded sky sport fine this afternoon and also bbc1 before

Sounds like a TV Guide meta data issue

First try rebooting your Sky box then trying again

and/or

Try emailing viewerR@sky.uk (Viewer Relations Team)

Strange thing although not recorded it has scheduled next weeks programme

Yep its pointing to the TV Guide data being wrong, the guide data is an ITV issue, that's why I suggest emailing VR

Can you not download the missing programme via On Demand?

Thank you now this is strange I went to watch a programme recorded last night and there was the programme o was trying to record today. Cannot figure what is happening
