No dignal

My sky + box keeps saying there's no signal but cant get anything to work just says box initialising both leads are connected to dish and all leads plugged into the box

@Volcane your Sky box can't initialise without a signal from your satellite dish, which is why it's stuck at that message.

 

It's possible that your dish may have moved during the recent bad weather, which is why there's no signal.  Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.

Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.
