Just returned from holiday and have an issue with Sky HD+, I reduced to the essentials package some time ago.
A number of programmes I had set to record have failed. Other issues I have experienced - 'Live pause is not available' when trying to record a live programme I get the message ' Sky+ playback and recording are not available' Go to skyviewinghelp.com for assistance. I have done a sky+ rebuild which hasn't worked. I have also noticed at the bottom left section of the tv guide 'More Top Picks' is says Top Picks is only available with an active Sky Tv subscription????
I don't understand I checked my account from the services button and everything is paid up fine. Also just checked to see if I can watch anything via catch up, nope apparently I 'Do not have the Sky+ entitlement. Not sure what to do, any help, advice would be greatly appreciated, I don't really want to wipe off everything I have already recorded even though I can't watch it at the moment, in case it may get fixed 🤞🏼
