This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support

You have posted in the Sky Plus forum but I'm 99% sure you don't have a Sky Plus system as they are obsolete

Which Sky box do you have? Sky Q or Sky Stream

Only Sky Q has installer attendance, and then only if the box comes from Sky: all other sources are illegitimate and such hardware will not function.

Sky Stream installation is DIY, and Sky+ HD boxes (which are all now antique) can no longer be transferred because it's not possible to transfer Viewing Cards: any box bought second-hand is now a free-to-air satellite channel receiver only.

Bought from where?   Sky don't sell any TV Boxes, Sky+HD where you have posted is obsolete and Sky don't support them as posted by other users.

Sky Q would be installed but only of you obtained it through Sky, you didn't buy it, it is loaned.

Sky Stream, which I susspect is what you have is self install, and should be noted you haven't bought the Stream Box as like Sky Q these boxes are also loaned.

I'm afraid threats to cancel on a customer helps customer community won't get you anywhere
