No ITV2 or ITV3
I get the message'No Satellite Signal' on both ITV2 & 3, channels 118 & 119, ITV2+1 & ITV3+1, channels 218 & 219, both work fine and on my Settings it says I have a good satellite signal, all other channels are working fine. Can anyone advise?

Re: No ITV2 or ITV3
Post edited to correct advice 🙄
I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).
You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/realign/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.
If you have Sky Protect cover through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a previous post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.
The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

Re: No ITV2 or ITV3
@DaveA2 the cause is most likely a fault with your dish or cables - probably a slight misalignment. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you'll need to contact a local satellite engineer to take a look.
Alternatively now might be a good time to consider upgrading to Sky Q. Any dish or cabling issues will be addressed as part of the Sky Q installation at no additional cost to you.

Re: No ITV2 or ITV3
The storm yesterday could have slightly moved your dish. As Sky does not support Sky+ setups anymore you will either have to find a local company to you to come out and sort this or call Sky to upgrade to Sky Q.
