No Access to Sky Sports channels

The Sky Sports Channels screen are showing the following "Find out how to upgrade your subscription to get this channel at sky viewing help.com" 

I have tried to do this without success and I am fully subscribed to Sky Sports.

Assistance appreciated.

Have you just added Sky Sports to your package or have you been a sports customer for a while and this was previously working until today ?

@Martin-19_60 you'll have to give Sky a call then, I'm afraid, so that they can refresh your Viewing Card.
