New sky plus hd box
I've bought a new Sky plus hd box and I'm trying to pair my viewing card with. I've sent a request more than 12 hours ago and all I see on the screen is a message that says "Request was successful. Your channels will be available shortly" but nothing is happening. Can anyone help.

I'm afraid you won't be able to pair them , despite what the message says. Sky haven't allowed pairing of a Viewing Card to a replacement,ent box since October last year.

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

No, just the general customer services number- dial 150 from a Sky mobile or landline, or you may be able to find the number to call, via the 'need more help' link towards the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home
