New box and remote

Sky

Our remotes are old and need to be upgraded. We do not have sky q 

also the email acct associated with my account has been eliminated and I have no way of obtaining my acct information despite paying my bill each month.

You can purchase a Sky+ remote in high street shops and supermarkets/

You should be able to login to your account as you did before, so even if the email address is used as a login it will still work.

Note that Sky+ HD was last manufactured in 2015: there are no 'new' boxes.
