New TV cannot connect to broadband

I have a different TV and I have lost my Internet connection. I have been to settings, network but have no option to connect it again. It says connection to broadband fail, connection to on demand fail.

Any advice please

Turn both your Sky box and your broadband router off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds before turning your router back on and another 4 minutes before turning your Sky box on. Then see if it connects.
