Hi we have moved into a brand new house and need Sky installed ... how do I Proceed please ??

@WendyW1  If you have Sky+ HD sky won't install it for you and will likely want you to move to Sky Q or stream.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you wish to retain Sky+ HD then you could choose to employ (and pay) a local independent installer.
