Hi, I recently received a new viewing main card from Sky but it was linked to a card that became inactive when I cancelled Sky Multiroom. I cannot receive any of my package channels with this card. I need this card to be linked to my main viewing card so I can replace it (chip almost burned through). PLease help!

Only Sky can address your issue ... you will have to phone Sky to resolve the issue😉
