Netflix added to package from 1st March

Just been told by an advisor that Netflix will be added to my apckage from 1st March which I know to be incorrect as this is only for customers with Sky Ultmate TV package and I have sky signature with sky cinema and HD. and I did argue this point however advisor adamant. Just feel I'm not being listened to at all

hi @MiasMum 

It is unfortunate that some advisers are not really trained as much as they should be.

The announcements for upgrades next month don't actualy include changes for Netflix just HBO Max & Disney + which, unfortunately,  are not available to SKY HD customers as it cannot host apps and is in run down.

Netflix is included in marketing etc, to help highlight the value for customers joining in partiicular
