Nat geo recording

Can watch and record live Nat Geo, but cannot record from a timed set up. Tried +1 and set up recording  from future downloads but just get a message telling me I can upgrade to watch this channel ( number28)

anybody have any ideas?

Heard nothing from the "community " Called tech support again and did a box reset. Seems to be working now
