Sky no longer support Sky+ so you'll need to purchase a replacement remote from Argos, Amazon, John Lewis or many supermarkets still stock them.

You can order a replacement from Sky's Accessories Store here, but you're likely to be able to obtain one more cheaply online, or from a local hardware store.
