My tv is not working

Im calling on behalf of someone he has said his tv isnt working and im not sure why could i have an engineer come visit to solve the issue

@Umair125 if you mean his Sky+ set top box, rather than their TV, Sky no longer provide engineer support, I'm afraid. If you can tell us more about the issue he's having, we'll try to advise/

Im not sure what issues he is having because theres a language barrier if you could give him a call with someone who speaks afghani that would be great
