Good morning, I requested a new remote control at the weekend, as the one I have has completely stopped working! I was given a reference number (KMM63144680V20322LOKM)
I was told my request would be processed within the next 3 days! Also that someone would be in contact with me? I have not had any response or received a new remote?
please can you let me know what is happening?
