My sky plus is getting no signal on some channels

My sky + is not getting signal on some channels,

I've tried resetting and turning the main switch off and on.

nothing happens 

it just says your sky+ isn't getting signal

No signal or no satellite signal? 

If it's a no satellite signal, I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups. You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.

If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.

I change my broad band form TalkTalk to sky yesterday and no signal today and my remote will not shift Chanel's and sound I think I have made a big mistake I still would like to speak to someone I am 85 a bit slow

Broadband has absolutely nothing to do with your satellite signal
