You may have to call out someone to check your system, another option is to move to Sky Q as during the move all issues will be resolved as part of the install, there is also the option of Sky Glass or Sky Stream if you want to move away from satellite TV and use the Internet

You can order online or call Sky and place an order: they would need to schedule an installer appointment.
Be aware that Sky will always try to upsell the subscription, and you'll need to persevere to get both 'free' installation (no up-front-cost) and no increase in the monthly bill.
Typical techniques are to offer a 'free' Q Mini box (which requires an extra subscription) or 'free' installation if Sports or Cinema is added to the bundle.

Alternatively you can choose to commission an independent satellite dish installer to examine your existing setup.

With Glass you have to either pay for the television set up-front, or take on a loan repayment in addition to the Sky channel subscription fee. This means that Glass will almost always be more expensive for the first two or four years.

As your posted picture indicates you already have a large flat-screen television set, Sky Stream is almost certainly a better deal than Sky Glass: note however that either requires broadband of at least 25Mbs.

Sometimes there's a better price available by calling, but that does also give the salesperson an opportunity to talk the customer into taking on subscriptions they don't really want.
