My sky is have technical issue

My sky is having technical issues and has been down for the last week and was supposed to have someone come and fix it

Sky only send "technicians" for Sky+ if you have Sky Protect Insurance

What type of box do you have is it a Sky Q one, if it is and you were told an engineer would visit what date were you given ?
