My remote control is not working

Volume button is working but nothing else on my remote control

Have you pressed the TV button by mistake? If so press the SKY button

Now volume not working tried  pressing 7 and 9 still nothing

Maybe reprogramme the remote control with your TVs code

You could try rebooting your Sky box

If they do not help then you might need to take the remote apart and clean the internals (See my Sky Plus FAQ gor help)

Sounds like a Sky Q remote. Is that right? You've posted in the Sky+ forum.
