My mini skybox won't show RTE channels... Many other channels are working

Why is my mini sky box not showing RTE channels...? (many other channels are working)

Is this just a mini box issue or is the main box doing this too?

Just the mini box (and I have unplugged it at the mains/this did solve the problem in the past)

Is both your sky q main box and mini box up to date in terms of software?

I have no Sky Q... Sky + and mini box

Best thing to do is to call sky as this could be a satellite LNB  issue 

I'd also recommend upgrading to sky q as this could also be a software issue, and if any of the boxes have to be serviced it costs you £60 upgrading to sky q you get engineer visits free and also sky q box 

I can't be 100% sure that's what's causing the issue, but seems to be like the mini can't communicate with the main box enough to get all the channels over 

sky q may fix that

Sky Q doesn't work on my wall projector system... I have had sky engineers out twice in the past and they said sky Q could not be installed on my wall projector system

Ah right on the multi box you could try 

go settings 001 select set  its set as single cable mode

What happens when you tune to RTE? What's the error message?
