Moving

Sky won't move me because I've cancelled contract finishing July 8th,sick of agreeing a set price then sky putting it up without letting me know.then get a bloke laughing at me down the phone saying we can put it up whenever we want it's in your terms and conditions that you ticked

Sky can only increase prices once per year, by a limited amount. That's usually in April. It is indeed included in the terms and conditions you agree to when you sign up.

 

You don't agree a set price. You agree a discount fixed for the length of your minimum term.

If you have seen another increase then this is usually due to a discount you had on your account that has ended so if this is the case you would have been told when you agreed to it how long the term would be for.
