Moving home

So moving to house to next door! Trying to register this with SKY is proving difficult, because it doesn't seem to let me move to same postcode- keep getting" it looks like this is your address". BOT couldn't comprehend the issue, anyone any advise?

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream

Sky don't do house moves for Sky+. Have you thought of moving to a newer supported service?
