I was told exactly the same, I have a recording of my partner which was televised many years ago. They assured me I could still watch it, now everything has been changed over to sky Q I'm now told it's impossible for me to retrieve my family video. [Removed]

It's not yours, you don't own the copyright, Sky services are for timeshifting of broadcasts and not for archiving content you don't own the rights to
