Have you booked a home move with Sky? What about your Sky services? Have you advised them of your new address?

@MP

If the previous occupiers of your new home had Sky+, you should just be able to connect your Sky+ box and it should work. If they had Sky Q (or no satellite dish at all) you will need an engineer.

Either book a Home Move through Sky, though that may not be available for a couple of weeks, or contact a local satellite company for a quote.

@MP  You've left it a bit late to have it done by the 1st.

Broadband if you have it needs at least 10 working days before ot can be connected, as for Sky + as per @oj01  if there is already a dish and the previous occupants had Sky+ you can just connect he

box up to the dish.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
