Hi,

From an Irish Customer

We cannot view any Irish Channels (RTE, Virgin Media) and some other channels but we can get BBC and some of our paid channels . This stopped 2 days ago. It also says We do not have Sky+ Entitlements. We have more than one sky dish and the other is working fine. I have rebooted and updated the software and but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Not as yet, thought I'd try this first as I don't have time to be waiting hours on the phone. @caesarome
