This is to do with the signal from your communal dish. Speak to your landlord or your buildings management people as they're responsible for it.

That hasn't happened. Sky+ HD boxes won't receive updates because they were last manufactured in 2015 and haven't been available to new users for several years, but existing in-use hardware will remain viable.
Your building management does need to know that it's no longer possible for users to replace failed Sky+ hardware though: Sky only offers Q or Glass/Stream. Also be aware that all satellite television transmission is likely to cease around the turn of the decade.
