Missing channels

I was watching Eurosport and changed over to BBC1 but the screen says my Sky+ box isn't getting a signal. ITV1, Channel 5 and several others are missing too but BBC2, Channel 4 plus many others are fine. I've rebooted the box 4 times but no difference. Any thoughts please?

Try going through this and if all else fails you will need to contact Sky to come out and look at your setup:
